Description
I took a quick pic of this seagull in the harbor basin in a small seaport town of Palacios, Texas and painted it in oils a few days later. I several paintings from Palacios inspirations in the gallery. The Seagull Moment struck me as a great title because the old cable spool was visited by several birds that afternoon.
