Description
The Flamingo Portrait painting was finished yesterday. It is painted on a 10 by 8 inch gallery wrapped canvas in acrylics. I enjoyed this study of how the flamingo compares to other birds in shape and color. I like to paint bright and love to have striking shadows. This contrast is essential to having a good painting.
