Description
The original painting is painted in acrylics and is on a 20x20 gallery wrapped canvas with edges also painted. Springtime weather is coming to South Texas and along with it is increased wildlife activity. Our jasmine is in full bloom and the bees and butterflies are all over it. That is until you try to capture a picture of the little beauties. I chased this colorful butterfly around for a long time (was a windy day) and was able to get several nice photos of it to paint from. I liked this one and hope you enjoy it also.

Suzanne, Thanks so much for your comments and for visiting our booth. We have an art show in Houston this weekend April 13, 2013. It is the Midtown Art in the Park show. We plan to do a show in Katy in September.
