Blast from the past. I painted The High Country after watch Bob Ross on TV on afternoon. His skill is still admired by many today. (RIP Bob) I gave it a try and it finally turned out ok after 4 hours and he did his in 30 minutes. Mine didn't look anything like his. LOL

I am a painter and love the processes and the creation of a painting. As a child growing up I had a natural tendency to draw and build things. I spent most of my working life in the technical field, but the yearning to fulfill my desire to draw and paint was strong, and I found my real passion was to paint. With the gracious support of my wife Carolyn, painting full time became a reality. For me, painting is a gift from God, and the ultimate release of creativity. I paint subjects that catch my eye or from my imagination and don't specialize in any particular area of painting; but, want to make every one of my works special.
